Last month Nancy Birdsall gave a DevTalk (similar to a TedTalk, but development focused) at the impressive three-day USAID Frontiers in Development conference, which included speakers like Bill Gates, USAID administrator Rajiv Shah, and Liberian president Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, among many more.
