Hrushikesh Mallick

Hrushikesh Mallick was a visiting fellow at the Center for Global Development from September 2010 to September 2011. His research at CGD centered on macro-economic issues of policy relevance for emerging economies. He examined the movement of international interest rates, the causes of exchange-rate fluctuations in a partial capital mobility regime, the influences on housing prices, and remittance flows to developing economies and their effects on the economy. Mallick left CGD to resume teaching at the Center for Development Studies in Trivandrum, India.
