Data Set for Working Paper 287: “An Index of the Quality of Official Development Assistance in Health”

This data set allows replication of the results in CGD Working Paper 287, An Index of the Quality of Official Development Assistance in Health.

The methods used to calculate every indicator, as well as their data sources, are presented in appendix 2 of the paper. The primary database used in the paper is the OECD’s 2008 and 2009 Creditor Reporting System (CRS). The reporting directives can be accessed from the same website.

Other data are included in the data set, as is the spreadsheet including all the paper’s tables and results for each indicator and dimension.
