April Harding was a visiting fellow at the Center for Global Development from June 2007 to June 2009. During that time, she convened the Private Sector Working Group and was lead author of its report, Partnerships with the Private Sector in Health. Before joining CGD, Harding led the World Bank's work related to public policy toward the private health sector; she returned to the Bank upon leaving CGD.
