Dani Rodrik (ex officio)

Dani Rodrik, who chairs the Advisory Committee of the Center for Global Development, is Rafiq Hariri Professor of International Political Economy in the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Professor Rodrik has published widely on issues relating to international economic integration, economic reform, and the institutional underpinnings of economic development. Business Week magazine called his 1997 book, Has Globalization Gone Too Far?, "one of the most important economics books of the decade." His most recent book is The New Global Economy and Developing Countries: Making Openness Work. Professor Rodrik is the research coordinator for the Group of 24 (G-24), a research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a research fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (London). He is also affiliated with the Institute for International Economics, the Economic Research Forum for the Arab Countries, Iran & Turkey, the Center for International Development (Harvard), and the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs (Harvard).
