Mauritania

Mauritania was selected for the Threshold Program in the 2008 selection process.

In the FY 2008 selection process, Mauritania passed three of six “ruling justly” indicators (passing corruption), zero of five “investing in people” indicators, and five of six “economic freedom” indicators (failing business start-up).
