CGD Senior Fellow Liliana Rojas-Suarez interviewed with CNN espanol about the U.S. financial system’s recovery and explains that it’s going through a process of consolidation and risk reduction. Moreover, she notes that there are big differences in the health of financial institutions. Rojas-Suarez concludes that the biggest challenge to overcoming these problems is the lack of information on how interrelated financial institutions are.
