Australians named worst emitters (BBC)

A recent BBC article sites CGD's new online database of over 50,000 power plants worldwide. The CARMA, or Carbon Monitoring for Action, database was designed by CGD Senior Fellow David Wheeler.

"Australians were found to be the world's worst polluters per capita, producing five times as much CO2 from generating power as China."
