CGD’S HIV/AIDS Monitor team has released a new Web tool for tracking the impact of the Monitor’s evidence-based recommendations for the three big donor programs: the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the Global Fund, and the World Bank. The tool provides an easy way to see whether and how these organizations have improved the design, delivery, and management of aid for HIV/AIDS.
