The World Bank has released a long-awaited report of a high-level commission headed by former Mexican president Ernesto Zedillo. Requested by World Bank president Robert Zoellick, the report offers a blueprint for reforming World Bank governance. CGD’s Lawrence MacDonald offers his take on the report and Zoellick’s response. Zedillo will present the report’s recommendations at a CGD event on Friday, Nov. 6.
