Program Implementation
The implementation of MCC-funded projects varies by country. The MCC enters into a compact with each recipient country that outlines the funding priorities, establishes an implementing agency, and defines benchmarks for progress.
Actual vs. Estimated MCA Annual Compact Disbursements
For each compact country the MCC reports the estimated annual disbursement schedule for compact funds in its Country Status Fact Sheets. In this chart the MCA Monitor compares the MCC’s planned disbursement schedule with actual disbursements as reported by Congressional Quarterly Reports and MCC's Country Status Fact Sheets.
