CGD's Board of Directors is comprised of prominent individuals from the public and private sectors with a passionate commitment to development. The Board meets twice a year to review the Center’s activities and finances and to provide advice and counsel to the President. A subset of the Board, the Executive Committee, meets quarterly to provide ongoing oversight. The Board is responsible for the overall control of the Center’s property, funds, and affairs.
