OF NOTE THIS WEEK
The independent Five-Year Evaluation of the Global Fund is now complete and available to read on the Global Fund website. Commissioned by the Board and conducted by the Technical Evaluation Reference Group (TERG), the Five-Year Evaluation consisted of three study areas, examining organizational efficiency and effectiveness, partner environment, and impact. Study Area 3, as well as the Five-Year Evaluation Synthesis Report were presented to the Board in early May.
Also, check out the HIV/AIDS Monitor's new web tool available on our website to track influence, policy change, and other donor actions. HIV/AIDS Monitor colleague Christina Droggitis highlights and discusses the tool in a blog post where you are also encouraged to leave your comments and feedback!
