U.S. Should Offer Duty-Free, Quota-Free Access for Least Developed Countries

CGD and six other organizations are urging the U.S. to grant least developed countries 100 percent duty-free, quota-free market access. The change would bring big gains for several poor countries, without hurting U.S. interests, and would encourage other rich and large developing to follow suit.
