This #GivingTuesday, Help CGD Make a Global Impact

Giving Tuesday logo

Today, on #GivingTuesday, we’re kicking off our end-of-year fundraising campaign to support our efforts to improve the lives of millions around the world. Will you help us reach our $50,000 goal?

Every day, the Center for Global Development breaks through the noise, fake news, and political soundbites with independent research, data, and evidence to improve the lives of millions of families around the world. With new challenges in every corner of the globe, now, more than ever, we need to make sure global development is done smartly and sustainably.

The past year posed global challenges that leapt beyond what any of us anticipated, but our researchers dove in head first with recommendations for policymakers that had a big impact on the developing world. From proposing innovative ideas to address the international refugee crisis, to devising a strategy to increase the number of women in UN peacekeeping operations, to designing insurance schemes that help developing countries plan better for natural disaster response, CGD has made a big impact in the lives of people in some of the poorest and most vulnerable places in the world.

By contributing to CGD, you are helping us continue this work.

It’s because of supporters like you that CGD can remain independent, influential, and responsive to a rapidly changing global environment, and can solve major challenges that have an impact on millions of people around the globe.

By working to change policies, CGD is changing the world. Click here to be a part of it.

With sincere gratitude,
