Washington Post Editorial: Too Soon To Slash the MCA

The Millennium Challenge Account gets a nice boost from the Washington Post editorial page today. A nice reminder of why the MCA was created and a call for giving it space to prove itself before slashing its budget request.Steve Radelet addressed many of these issues in his testimony before the House Subcommittee on Africa and Global Health a few weeks ago.
