Fifth Annual Richard H. Sabot Lecture

On Monday, April 12, 2010 The Center for Global Development hosted its fifth annual Richard H. Sabot Lecture, in memory of Dick Sabot, a friend, co-author, and founding member of CGD's board of directors. We were honored to have Kenneth Rogoff, Thomas D. Cabot Professor of Public Policy and Professor of Economics at Harvard University, deliver this year's lecture, "The Perils of Financial Globalization and the IMF."

CGD president Nancy Birdsall hosted and served as moderator for a discussion following the talk. Oliver Sabot also shared remarks and remembrances about his father, Dick.
