Kelsey Harris is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Development in the Gender Equality and Inclusion Program. For more than a decade, Kelsey has worked in various policy and advocacy roles in gender, international development, and immigration in Washington, DC, and she has extensive expertise in coalition building and project management. Before joining CGD, Kelsey was Acting Deputy Director of Policy and Advocacy at the International Center for Research on Women, where she managed WeProsper, a global coalition on women’s economic empowerment. Prior to that, she held positions at InterAction and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Kelsey holds a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University in Arlington, VA, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
