Aid can promote growth, but don't rely on it to do so

In a recent weblog, Dani Rodrik promotes CGD senior fellow Arvind Subramanian's paper, Aid and Growth: What Does the Cross-Country Evidence Really Show?. Dani Rodrick suggests reasons why Subramanian's paper is an original look foriegn aid.
