CGD President Nancy Birdsall sends congratulations from CGD to our friends and colleagues at the newly re-named
Peter G. Peterson Institute for International Economics, which celebrated is 25th anniversary this week at a gala in New York City. The celebration brought together a Who's Who of the world's international economics glitterati. In a panel discussion former Federal Reserve chairman Alan Greenspan and others suggested that the next 25 years may be tougher for the global economy than the last.
