Senior fellow Liliana Rojas-Suarez was quotes in this Washington Times article about the IMF. The IMF recently lost 2 of its three largest borrowers in the last month and in light of being repaid ahead of schedule now faces issues in restructuring to compensate for the loss of expected interest.
