MCA Round Six: Which Countries Will Be Selected for FY2009?

On December 11th, the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) board will choose which countries are eligible for FY2009 funding. CGD’s MCA Monitor team predicts which countries the board is likely to choose and offers some advice for these uncertain times: restrict new selections to a few countries that pass with strong marks and focus on implementing existing MCA compacts.
