Name That AIDS Program: Vote in the PEPFAR II Naming Contest!

The multi-billion dollar U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, aka PEPFAR, is up for renewal (and likely a hefty budget increase). The name, like the program, needs an update.
