, an alliance of international development and humanitarian NGOs, pulls together a nice set of interviews with key MCC champions (some with constructive criticism) -- Senator Richard Lugar, Steve Radelet of CGD, Ken Hackett of Catholic Relief Services, and Rodney Bent of the MCC itself. And with intros by David Beckman of Bread for the World and Ambassador Jose Brito of Cape Verde.Worth a quick read and worth noting that, with Congressman Jim Kolbe's impending retirement, Senator Lugar needs some help in the championing arena. Also worth noting that both Ken Hackett and Steve Radelet remind folks that there are still two civil society vacancies on the MCC Board of Directors needing Congressional action.
