Morgan Yucel worked with Todd Moss to analyze the potential for cash transfers based on iron ore revenues in the state of Goa, India. Prior to joining CGD, she worked in project management at GlobalGiving and the Global Water Challenge.
She holds a BA from Pomona College with a degree in Public Policy and Economics. During a semester studying abroad in Cameroon, she conducted and published field research on the challenges facing community management of a rural water point. For her undergraduate thesis, she used behavioral economics to recommend the design of more targeted and effective cash transfer programs.
