OF NOTE THIS WEEK
At the 22nd Board Meeting of the Global Fund in Sofia, Bulgaria, the Board approved all 79 Round 10 proposals recommended by the Technical Review Panel. See here for the list of approved proposals and here for the list of not-approved proposals. The total cost of approved proposals is $1.73 billion over the first two years and $4.72 billion over five years, making Round 10 the third largest round ever. The Board announced that Round 11 will be launched on August 15, 2010 and proposals will be due by December 15, 2011.
