A Good Sign at the World Bank: Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Named Managing Director

The recent appointment of Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the distinguished former minister of finance of Nigeria, as one of three managing directors at the World Bank is a welcome move by its new president, Robert Zoellick.
