Nidhi is a Research Analyst with the Education and Child Well-Being Team at the Center for Global Development in Washington, D.C. She brings experience in applied research and policy work at the intersection of education, skills development, and labor markets. She previously worked with the World Bank’s Office of the Chief Economist for Africa and the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice, conducting research on human capital and labor market trends in Sub-Saharan Africa and supporting public employment services in South Africa. She has also worked at the Harvard Growth Lab on growth diagnostics and economic diversification research across several countries, and at the Tanzania Investment Centre providing data analysis to support investment attraction. Nidhi has also been a Teaching Fellow for the introductory economics course at Harvard College, deepening her interest in education through classroom instruction.
Nidhi holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School and speaks English, Hindi, Kannada, and Spanish.
