Ayesha Khan is the institutional advancement assistant director at CGD. In this role, she manages funder relationships, grant development and reporting, and prospecting. She is also the board secretary for the CGD Europe Board of Trustees. Prior to CGD, she worked in education policy for the World Bank’s Global Education Practice and Ark’s Education Partnerships Group, designing and supervising projects in South Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. She has also consulted for other organisations, including philanthropies, on education-related topics. She holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from Manchester Business School and a BSc in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
