Erin Norton is the senior executive assistant to CGD’s President Rachel Glennerster and previously supported Masood Ahmed. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Executive Office and assists with special projects, including the Development Leaders Conference and the G20 Expert Group on Strengthening Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs). Erin also provides support to CGD’s Board of Directors. Before joining CGD, she worked as the program assistant for the International Tax and Investment Center where she handled all logistical and administrative matters associated with their Asia-Pacific, Africa, Eurasia, and MENA programs and previously worked in the Staging and Pre-Departure Unit at the Peace Corps. Erin holds a BA in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the University of Mount Union.
