Harriet is the Assistant Director for Institutional Advancement. In this role, she works with programme teams to fundraise, conduct prospect research, and manage grants and donor stewardship across a diverse range of funders.
Prior to joining CGD, Harriet led the partnerships function at the Climate Emergency Collaboration Group and previously headed fundraising teams at Global Witness and ShareAction. She has also held roles in major donor, mid-value, and trusts fundraising at organisations including Chatham House and the Labour Party.
Harriet holds a master’s degree in Governance and Public Policy and a bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Manchester.
