Luke Easley joined the Center in 2007 and serves as the vice president for operations. In his role, he oversees the Center's operations including human resources, finance, and administration. He has over fifteen years of experience in business and human resources operations, accounting and financial management, strategic workforce planning, and talent managment. Easley is a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and a member of the DC SHRM Chapter as well as the Think Tank Diversity Council. Easley serves as vice president of the board of directors for the 2055 L Street Condominium where CGD built a new headquarters in 2013. Easley holds a bachelor's degree in human resource management from Colorado State University.
