Patsy Mills is the Director of Human Resources & Operation at the Center for Global Development in Europe. She has significant HR and OD experience, having previously worked as Head of HR for the Health Foundation, HR Business Partner, for Wellcome and Head of HR for the Parkinson’s Disease Society. She is CIPD qualified and holds a MA in Employment and HR Studies.
