Sharmili Satkunam was the program coordinator for the Global Education programme at Center for Global Development. She has experience in tax, international development, and administration. Her previous research has centred around post-conflict Sri Lanka. She holds a master’s degree in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London, and a BSc in Economics from University of Birmingham.
