Victoria Frost Boyd supported CGD as the executive office and special projects associate. Prior to joining CGD, she worked at a software start-up empowering patients to make more informed healthcare decisions. She holds a BA in Political Science from Davidson College. As part of her honors thesis, she studied trade as a driver of development.
