The COVID-19 pandemic has put unusual pressure on medical product supply chains around the world. In many LMICs there is a paramount need to quickly deliver PPE, lab supplies, and essential medicines to health facilities while protecting delivery drivers and handling staff. Equally important is the need to provide quick and safe transport to bring test samples from collection points to designated testing labs.
This seminar will share data and insights from new work being carried out by Zipline to help Ghana and other countries in their COVID-19 response supply chain.
