Kristyna joined CGD Europe in September 2023, having previously worked in non-profit sector operations and programme management and coordination. Through her career, she gained experience in partnership and community cohesion building, as well as fundraising and stakeholder engagement. Her research interests and expertise are influenced by Post-Colonial and Gender Theories, with a focus on human rights, transnational justice and global development. She is an LSE Alumni, studied MSc in Gender Peace and Security, and a graduate of the International Relations and Diplomacy Programme at the University of Derby.
