Jacob Kincer

Jacob Kincer was the energy program coordinator at the Center for Global Development. Prior to joining CGD, Kincer interned with the Treasury Department and with EIA, where he worked on a range of energy and development issues. He holds a BA in Economics and is working to complete his Masters in International Development Policy at the University of Maryland.
