Katherine Klemperer

Katherine Klemperer is a policy analyst in CGD’s Global Health Policy team, focusing on global health financing and supply chains. She also works on health taxes and the UK's global health aid portfolio. Prior to joining CGD, she worked with Weill Cornell Medicine’s Center for Global Health to carry out research on women’s health in Tanzania. She also has experience working in health policy through roles with the UK House of Commons Science and Technology Committee, the sexual health and rights team of American Jewish World Service, and the think tank Polygeia. 

Klemperer has an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Economics and Political Science and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
