Our Staff and Values

CGD is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values diverse voices and experiences. We actively seek out and embrace a plurality of perspectives to enhance our work and deepen our impact.

CGD undertakes efforts to enhance learning, development, and representation, with shared stewardship across the organization. We approach talent management with the goal of attracting and retaining highly qualified individuals from diverse backgrounds, enabling us to effectively deliver on our mission. We are committed to fostering a culture where growth is earned through contribution and supported by equitable access to development, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.

We have implemented a variety of policies to support this commitment. These have included the development of a more transparent pay and promotions policy, providing training opportunities to staff, and the launch of a mentorship program for junior staff. We regularly reflect and assess these initiatives to ensure their continued effectiveness.
