Bio
Cynthia Rathinasamy was the program coordinator for CGD’s Migration and Development Team, supporting the work of senior fellow Michael Clemens. She also supported Arvind Subramanian’s work on the India Initiative. Rathinasamy holds a Master in Public Policy from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a B.A. in political science from Penn State University. Previous professional experience includes working as a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton and interning for the U.S. Department of State and International Solutions Group.
