Gaurav Khanna is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Global Development. His research focuses on education, high skill immigration, infrastructure policy, public-works programs, and conflict. He received his PhD in economics from the University of Michigan with an emphasis on development economics, labor economics, and applied econometrics.
