Justin Hurley is a policy outreach assistant with the Center for Global Development. He graduated with a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and concentrated his studies in international development. Prior to joining CGD, he interned with the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition and the U.S International Development Finance Corporation. Justin was born and raised in Washington D.C.
