Kendra White is the assistant director for institutional advancement for the DC office and the CGD board secretary. In this role, she works with foundation, individual, and corporate donors, and liaises with the Board. Prior to CGD, White worked as a development writer at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, and in operations and evaluation at the World Bank and IFAD. She has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in Poverty Reduction and Development Management from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
