Laura Moscoviz is a research assistant working in CGD’s Global Education team. Prior to joining CGD, she was senior research associate at the Education Partnerships Group, where she was involved on a wide portfolio of projects and assisted in the design, implementation, and analysis of education projects in developing countries. She submitted successful proposals to international conferences and presented her work on pre-primary education. She also took leadership in the development of the PPP Evidence Hub, the first online platform on PPP in education, in collaboration with the REAL Centre at the University of Cambridge.
Moscoviz is French and holds an MSc in Economics from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland (MScE). During her academic studies, Moscoviz worked as a research and teaching assistant in the Department of Economics. She also worked in the Economic Cooperation and Trade Division at the UNECE in Geneva and spent one year in Vienna, Austria. She speaks fluent English, French, and German.
