Morgan Pincombe joined the Market Shaping Accelerator team at CGD in May 2026 as a senior program manager. She previously worked at CGD from 2021 to 2024 as a research associate and program coordinator for the Global Health Policy team, where she advanced policy-oriented analysis on the economics of global health challenges. In the interim, she earned a Master of International Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s La Follette School of Public Affairs and completed an internship with the US Government Accountability Office in Washington, D.C. She also holds a BA in international relations and public health from William & Mary.
