Andrew was working as a research assistant with the Sustainable Development Finance team. Prior to joining CGD, he worked at the MENA branch of J-PAL on RCTs in the areas of digital marketing, micro-finance, and sustainable energy. Besides English, he is fluent in Arabic. He got his BS in Mathematics and Economics at the University of Michigan where he worked on international trade development and agricultural development for his honors thesis.
