Check out the Baltimore Sun op-ed by Orin Levine (Executive Director of PneumoADIP) and Michael Klag (Dean of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health) endorsing a pilot advance market commitment for a pneumococcal vaccine.
