The objective of the seminar is to take stock of the implications of recent economic developments for the growth and productivity prospects of developing countries and discuss policies that would help developing country governments sustain strong growth that is both inclusive and supports job creation, in the face of a more difficult and uncertain global environment.
The proceedings will be summarized and shared with G-24 Ministers of Finance and Central Bank Governors as a basis for their discussion at the upcoming G-24 Ministerial meeting in October.
