Catarina Afonso dos Santos is the senior programme manager for the European Development Policy and Leadership Programme. She has previous experience working in project management, stakeholder engagement and policy outreach, and research and policy analysis in nonprofit organisations, think tanks and public institutions, including at the European Court of Auditors and the Portuguese Permanent Representation to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). She is an experienced Prince2 programme/project manager. She holds a MA in International Security and Terrorism from the University of Nottingham (UK) and a BA in International Relations from the University of Coimbra (Portugal).
